Delivery times and shipping costs:

Delivery time:

We know you are waiting for your products. We do our utmost to deliver to the specified address as quickly as possible. If we have your product in stock, we will deliver within 4/5 working days. If a product is not in stock, we will contact you to discuss the delivery time.

Delivery:

Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you specified. In the meantime, you will be contacted to schedule an appointment.

Transportation costs:

Since our goods are very diverse, the shipping costs are always calculated and submitted to the customer for confirmation. You can also pick up your order yourself.

Return: Our products can be taken back (of course unused, undamaged and in original undamaged packaging). Collection costs will be charged for this.

Complaints:

You can send complaints with a possible return by e-mail to info@rbbuilders.be. An employee will then quickly contact you to work towards a solution together. The handling of your complaint can take up to 14 days, especially if we have to deal with production errors in collaboration with one of our suppliers.
